Vivo added a new smartphone to its Y series in Vietnam and Thailand named Vivo Y19. It is totally a mid-range smartphone which features 6.53-inch FHD+ touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels at a pixel density of 394 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 processor and a powerful 5,000mAh battery.
Vivo Y19 runs on Funtouch OS 9.2 based on Android 9 Pie. It will have one storage variant (6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage) and two colour variants (Black and Morning Dew White). The device in Thailand priced at THB 6,999 (approx Rs. 16,300) and in Vietnam, it is 49,90,000 VND (approx Rs. 15,100).
The smartphone comes with a triple rear camera that includes 16MP primary camera with an f/1.78 aperture, an 8MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP camera with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies on the front side, there is a 16MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Also hopefully, the storage space cannot be expanded by a dedicated microSD card and there is no information about the release of this smartphone in other markets including India.
