Realme launched fitness band priced at Rs. 1,499 in India that comes with real-time heart rate monitoring and a colour display. The company launched its first-ever fitness band along with Realme 6 series at an event held in New Delhi. Three colour variants of the strap will be available – Black, Green, and Yellow. User’s smartphone can be connected to the band with the help of the Realme Link app.
It features a 0.96-inch (2.4cm) colour TFT LCD panel with a screen resolution of 80 x 160 pixels. Five dial faces will be available and in future over-the-air (OTA) updates will add additional dial faces. The device is powered by a 90mAh battery that can last upto 9 days. The first sale will take place on 9th March at 12 Noon through Realme.com. It will go on sale via Amazon and offline stores as well.
Several features includes Sleep Quality Monitor, Cricket Mode, Real-time Hear Rate Monitoring, App Notifications, nine sport modes. The Realme Band supports Bluetooth v4.2 and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. In the near future, the company will also provide some extra features like cloud multi-dial, multi-language font, and weather forecast.
