Huawei launched its new smartphone under the P40 series. The device is powered by an octa-core Huawei Kirin 810 SoC with four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Two colour variants will be available – Black and Aurora Blue. It runs on runs on EMUI 9.1 with Android 9. Currently, it is available in Europe and there is no word about the availability of the smartphone in other markets.
It features a 6.39-inch LCD IPS display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1,560 pixels. On the rear side, it has a triple camera setup that includes a 48MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, it has an 8MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It is priced at PLN 699 (approx Rs. 13,300) in Poland for the 4GB + 64GB variant (internal storage can be expanded upto 512GB).
