Reliance Jio launched JioTVCamera exclusively for Jio Fiber users to make video calls easily right from your TV set. The product is on sale on Jio.com, the company also said that it will be delivered with 3 – 5 business days and it is priced at Rs. 2,999. The device can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, also it comes with 1-year manufacturing warranty.
It is very easy to set up the new JioTVCamera, just plug in the USB end of the camera in the USB port of the set-top box. After that reboot the set-top box and set the landline number in the JioCall app with an easy OTP process and now you are done and ready to make or receive video calls. Jio will provide the set-top-box for free to existing and new users as well.
It enables video calls to Jio numbers only, and audio calls to all mobile and landline numbers. The device offers a 120° field of view to incorporate more people in the frame. The camera weighs only 93 grams, and the dimensions are at 118 x 37.2 x 30.8mm. It integrates a 1/2.7-inch CMOS sensor with a focal length of 3.1mm, and the input voltage is at 5V.
