The South Korean company Samsung has introduced two new models – Galaxy A51, Galaxy A71 in their A-series of smartphones. They launched these smartphones at a launch event held in Vietnam as a successor to Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A70. The price of Samsung Galaxy A51 (6GB RAM + 128GB) is set at VND 7,990,000 (approx Rs. 24,500).
The pre-order will start on 16th December and will be available openly from 27th December. Galaxy A51 will be available n four colour variants – Prism Crush Black, White, Blue, and Pink. The availability and price of Galaxy A71 will be announced soon, but it will be available in four colour variants – Prism Crush Black, Silver, Blue and Pink.
Samsung Galaxy A51
Galaxy A51 is powered by Exynos 9611 chipset and a 4,000 mAh battery with 15W super-fast charging. It features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 87.4% screen-to-body ratio. The phones come bundled with upto 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 512GB.
Samsung Galaxy A51 sports a quad-camera setup on the rear side that includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, a 12MP secondary sensor with an f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens and a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens. For selfies, it has a 32MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens. It runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0.
Samsung Galaxy A71
The device is powered by Snapdragon 730 chipset and a 4,500 mAh battery with 25W fast charging. Galaxy A71 comes packed with 6GB/8GB of RAM variant and 128GB of internal storage (can be expanded upto 512GB via microSD card). The smartphone runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0. Also, it has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
It features quad-camera setup on the rear side that includes 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 12MP secondary sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 5MP sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens. There is a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 lens on the front side.
