Vivo added a new smartphone named ‘Vivo Z5i’ in their Z series. The smartphone has been launched in China and is available for purchase from the official website of Vivo. The device is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC processor and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
It features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ TFT LTPS display with a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.30% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone has two colour variants – Jade Blue and Onyx Black and one storage variant – 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage (can be expanded upto 256GB). The device comes with a price tag of CNY 1,798 (approx Rs. 18,300).
Vivo Z5 has a triple camera setup on the rear side including a 16MP primary sensor with an f/1.78 lens and an 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2MP tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens. For selfies, it has a 16MP camera on the front side with an f/2.0 aperture. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Funtouch OS 9.2. There is no word about when the phone will be available globally.
