Vodafone launched a new prepaid recharge plan worth Rs. 997 that comes with a validity of 180 days. Though the plan is now available for UP West circle in India only and it was first spotted by TelecomTalk. This new plan will offer unlimited voice calling to any network, 1.5GB data per day, 100 local or national SMS messages per day.
We have independently verified the plan on the operator’s official website and found it on UP West circle only. With all the benefits mentioned above, users will also get a one-year subscription of Vodafone Play worth Rs. 499 and a one-year subscription of ZEE5 worth Rs. 999 absolutely free. There is no word from the company whether the plan will be available in all other circles in future or not.
Launching this Rs 997 plan, Vodafone added a new long-term prepaid plan in their portfolio. Beside this Vodafone has two other long term plan which is priced at Rs 1,499 and Rs 2,399. The Rs. 1,499 plan offers 24GB of data for 365 days, 3600 SMSes for one-year, unlimited calling. While Rs 2,399 plan offers 1.5GB per day, unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day for 365 days.
