HMD Global launched a new Android Go smartphone named “Nokia C1” on 11th December. The device will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz and a removable 2,500mAh battery. Nokia C1 will run on Android 9 Pie (Go Edition). Two colour variants will be available – Red and Black. Pricing of the smartphone is not announced yet but should be around Rs. 5,000.
It features a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ IPS display and comes bundled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, though the storage can be expanded upto 64GB. On the rear side, there is a 5MP camera with f/2.4 lens and for selfies also there is a 5MP camera with a LED flash. The phone will reach Africa, Middle East, and Asian Pacific markets first.
