Reliance Jio Introduces Rs. 4,999 Long Term Prepaid Plan

Reliance Jio introduced a new long term prepaid plan worth Rs. 4,999 which comes with a validity of 360 days. The plan was discontinued last year and now it will offer unlimited calls within Jio network, total 350GB of data, 100 SMS per day, free subscription to Jio Apps and 12,000 minutes of calling to non-Jio networks.

Recently the company also launched a new plan of Rs. 2,121 that comes with a validity of 336 days. The plan offers 1.5GB data per day, unlimited calls within Jio network, 100 SMS per day, free subscription to Jio apps and 12,000 non-Jio minutes. After the FUP limit, the speed will be throttled to 64kbps.

The plan is suitable for users who don’t want a daily FUP limit. Speed will be reduced to 64kbps after the mentioned data limit. Users don’t need to worry for a year if they recharge this plan. The recharge can be done via the official MyJio app/website and also from other recharge providers like Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, PhonePe, etc.

Reliance Jio Launched Rs 49, Rs 69 Plans for JioPhone Users

Reliance Jio has added two new Jio plans to their portfolio only for JioPhone users. Both the plan comes with 14 days of validity, thought the plan of Rs. 49 was there for JioPhones earlier and now it has been relaunched. Recently, the company also introduced an all in one plan worth Rs. 2,121 that comes with a validity of 336 days and offers 504GB of data in total i.e. 1.5GB data per day and other benefits.

It comes with 2GB of high-speed data (after this speed will be throttled to 64kbps), 25 SMSs, unlimited Jio to Jio calling, 250 non-Jio minutes, complimentary access to all Jio Apps.

Rs. 69 Plan

The plan of Rs. 69 comes with 7GB of high-speed data, i.e. 0.5GB data per day (after this speed will be throttled to 64kbps), 25 SMSs, unlimited Jio to Jio calling, 250 non-Jio minutes, complimentary access to all Jio Apps.

Jio Launched Rs. 2,121 Prepaid Recharge Plan for 336 Days

Reliance Jio brought a new prepaid plan worth Rs. 2,121 that comes with a validity of 336 days. The plan comes with 1.5GB data per day, unlimited calling benefits – Jio to Jio and landline. Benefits are quite same as the 2020 New Year Plan which also offers all these with 365 days of validity. This plan is already listed on Jio’s official website/app, other platforms including Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.

It also offers 100 SMS per day, 12,000 non-Jio calling minutes, complimentary subscription to Jio apps such as JioTV, JioCinema, and JioNews. Jio also removed the Rs. 2020 prepaid plan, instead of that they introduced this new plan worth Rs. 2,121. Users will get total 504GB data, 33600 SMS in total for 336 days i.e. 11 months.

Reliance Jio Launched Rs 251 Prepaid Plan With 2GB Data Daily

Even after the tariff hike, Reliance Jio introduced another cheaper plan of Rs. 251 that will offer 2GB of high-speed data per day. The plan is now available for recharge through Jio’s official portal or MyJio App. Users can now get 1 GB of data at Rs 2.46 only. This new plan is named as ‘Jio Cricket Pack’ and comes with a validity of 51 days.

It does not come with any calling/SMS benefit, it is totally a data-only plan that can be only used over some existing plan for 51 days. For example, a user has recharged with Rs 399 plan of Jio that comes with all benefits including 1.5GB data per day, so if he recharges the new plan over his existing plan, he will get 1.5GB + 2GB = 3.5GB of data per day.

Reliance Industries launched JioMart yesterday to compete against Amazon, BigBasket and Flipkart. The service is launched as a pilot project and it will be available for users residing in Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan. Pre-registration for JioMart has been started on their official website and those users will get benefits worth Rs. 3,000.

Dedicated app for JioMart will be launched soon for Android and iOS devices. The company will build an online-to-offline (O2O) marketplace just like Grofers and Amazon Prime Now, that means they will source grocery items from nearby merchants and maybe from Reliance Fresh outlets.
