Tata Sky launched Binge+ Set-Top Box last month at Rs. 5,999 for both new and existing subscribers. Now the company is giving a promotional offer in which existing users who will upgrade to this will get Rs. 1,000 cashback. The device is packed with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. As per DreamDTH, the cashback of Rs. 1,000 will be processed to the user’s Tata Sky account within 48hrs of activation.
It offers access to over 5,000 apps and games from the Google Play Store. Some preloaded apps that can be found in the device are – Hotstar, SunNxt, Zee5, ErosNow and Hungama. Also, Tata Sky Binge app is pre-installed which let you access TV contents of up to past 7 days. The company will provide users with a 30-day free trial of Tata Sky Binge and after that, the service will be charged at Rs. 249 per month.
The device comes with inbuilt Chromecast and supports 4K, Dolby Atmos. Netflix is not available as of now but Tata Sky may offer that in future, but there is no confirmation from their side. This offer is applicable on all sources and modes of transaction.
